Social Sports

Our clubs and teams are a fun way for young climbers to learn climbing and build community. Instruction is personalized to each person.

Climbing is naturally a social sport that offers something for each athlete. The emphasis on a supportive community and healthy communication serves to build a positive environment for our club and team member.

4 - 18 Years Old

Recreational Teams

Our Recreational Teams are non-competitive youth programs for ages 4-18 years old. These teams are intended to help young climbers learn and advance skills in climbing while engaging in games and activities. Athletes are placed in one of our recreational teams based on age, skill, and experience.

6 - 18 years old

Homeschool PE Club

Our Homeschool Club is a recreational youth program for ages 6+ and will include instruction on climbing fundamentals, team-building activities, and fun games to keep your young athlete moving. Club members will also be taught climbing gym etiquette and held to a high standard of behavior so they can interact with and enjoy the multi-age and diverse climbing community and all it has to offer.

Competitive Team

The High Point Competitive Team program is designed to prepare athletes for competitive bouldering, sport, and speed climbing at USA Climbing sanctioned events. The program is focused on developing advanced techniques, mastering technical skills, and training to perform in a competitive setting. Our coaching team will guide the Competitive Team through warm-ups, exercises, drills, projects and training programs that are tailored to each individual athlete.

Interscholastic Climbing League

ICL is a program for high schoolers in the Birmingham area that introduces climbing to students and provides them the opportunity practice and progress in the sport. Participating in ICL is as easy as joining or starting a team for your school. Practice together, compete among other teams, join the climbing community, and build your climbing skill set.

our Coaches

Our clubs and teams are led by Programs Coordinator, USA Climbing Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer, Jessi Reddick! Her extensive experience and background in education, climbing, and fitness has carried her across the country, allowing her to tailor various training programs to best suit each athlete.
