Birmingham Weekend Warrior
Saturdays | 10-11 AM
This one hour group fitness class focuses on strengthening your body using a multitude of different techniques. Our instructor will have you using a combination of resistance training, body weight calisthenics, and aerobic exercises.

Birmingham Climbing HIIT
Monday + Wednesday | 6-7 AM
This class uses High-Intensity Interval Training techniques to strengthen your body and improve your endurance. All you need to begin is a water bottle and a positive attitude. All levels of experience are welcome!
