Learn intermediate climbing techniques and skills that can be applied both in the gym and outdoor climbing at our Intermediate Climbing Technique!

While building the body awareness, strength, and movement skills needed to tackle steep climbs with confidence. We’ll cover strategies like efficient footwork, core engagement, heel and toe hooks, and finding rest positions — all of which apply to both bouldering and rope climbing, indoors and outdoors. This clinic is ideal for any climbers looking to improve their technique on steep routes. The clinic will take place in the bouldering area Downtown.

Riverside - 7/7 @ 6:30pm (first Monday of the month). Downtown - 7/21 @ 7:30pm (third Monday each month). Chattanooga Queer Climbers is a meet-up group for LGBTQIA+ climbers and their local allies. The focus is to build a more inclusive community one climb at a time. CQC meets every Monday at varying local locations. 20% off day passes when meeting at High Point Climbing.

In this hour and a half clinic, you'll learn fundamental climbing techniques and skills to build a strong foundation for both bouldering and rope climbing, whether you're climbing in the gym or outdoors. This clinic is ideal for climbers in the V0-V3/5.6-5.10 grade range or anyone who wants to improve their confidence and technique. This clinic will take place in the boulder area.

Catalyst Sports hosts monthly adaptive climbing clinics for youth and adults with a wide range of physical disabilities. These sessions are open to all levels of climber from those who have never climbed before to experienced climbers looking for regular opportunities to climb with others. They also have regular volunteer opportunities.

Students of all ages get 20% off day passes after 4pm every Friday night. College students must show a valid ID to receive the discount.

Heath Rowland from Ground Up - rep for Scarpa, Petzl, Organic, Rab, etc. Free event Heath is giving a presentation on Alpine climbing and bringing beer. Kaelin will make coffee and other drinks available.
