Simply Strong

Every climber can benefit from Strength Training since building strength will improve your power, power endurance, and stamina. During this class, you will focus on the muscles that often are overlooked with climbing training. Just 1 hour a week can make a difference in your climbing progress this season.

Mondays at 6:30 PM • 45 Min.

HIIT

High intensity intervals to prepare you for climbing, endurance sports, and overall fitness. All levels welcome!
