Social Sports

Our clubs and team are a fun way for young climbers to learn climbing and build community. Instruction is personalized to each person.

Climbing is naturally a social sport that offers something for each athlete. The emphasis on a supportive community and healthy communication serves to build a positive environment for our club and team member.

5 - 18 Years Old

Climbing Club

Our Club is a recreational youth program for ages 5-18 years old.This is intended for those who want to make fast improvements in their climbing. Club meets twice per week on Monday and Wednesday from 4:30-6:30pm.

These club athletes will tackle a variety of climbs, from the shorter power styles of bouldering to the longer sport routes alongside dedicated coaches.

5 - 18 years old

Homeschool Club

Our Homeschool Club is a recreational youth program for ages 5-18 years old. This is intended for those who want to make fast improvements in their climbing with two sessions per week, Tuesday and Thursday 11:30am-1:30pm. These Homeschool Club athletes will tackle a variety of climbs, from the shorter power styles of bouldering to the longer sport routes alongside dedicated coaches.

8 - 18 Years Old

Competition Team

The Competition Team program is designed to prepare athletes ages 8-18 for competitive bouldering, sport and speed climbing at USA Climbing events. The program is focused on developing advanced techniques, mastering technical skills and training to get strong, climb hard and win competitions. Our coaching team will guide the Competition Team through warm-ups, exercises, drills, projects and training programs that are aimed at continuous progression and success in competition.

Youth Climbing Trip

Our youth climbing trips are for High Point youth climbing team members to travel and climb with our certified climbing guides/coaches either indoors or outside.

These trips will include transportation to and from the chosen destination. For outdoor climbing trips we will always try to climb outside, but if due to weather that is not possible we will travel to another climbing gym for some variety.

our Coaches

Our club and team are lead by USA Climbing Coach and International Federation of Sport Climbing board member, Pablo Hilewski. His extensive experience and background has carried him around the globe, competing and coaching at the highest levels.
